“Van Gogh, Don’t Be Sad”

“Van Gogh, Don’t Be Sad”

Gogh hoped that the tragedy he experienced would not happen again in the world. Through his life and work, I was able to clearly recognize what art is, and I was also able to confirm that novelty is difficult to accept right away. Thanks to him, I was also able to raise artistry quickly without being swayed by the evaluation of the world, and I recorded numerous philosophies regardless of whether anyone saw it or not and eventually expressed the level of artistry I wanted even though I couldn't know what it was. I wanted to thank Gogh, I was inspired by his sunflower painting that was destroyed in World War II, and I started producing my new series, "Van Gogh, Don't Be Sad."

Most people still look at Gogh through his life, not his work itself. He dedicated himself to observing the world honestly, and because he had an insight into the nature of art, he had no choice but to make new attempts each time. Those of his time who couldn't understand this easily criticized his paintings. Through "Van Gogh, Don't Be Sad", I hope that people can have a chance to look at his artwork and the essence of art once again.
